Atlanta 1 - Captured at the Atlanta Airport Hilton Hotel. You will hear Nancy and Jen talking in the background and then a wispy but prominent voice saying "I'll kill you". There were 3 investigators present at all times. None of which said anything like this, nor does it sounds like the 2 females present.

Atlanta 2 - Same location. You can hear Nancy say "I can feel her, I can feel her up there". Her voice is quickly followed by a semi-distant male voice saying something undecipherable. The only male present (Brent) was beside Nancy when she was talking. This does not sound anything like Brent and sounds way too distant to be near Nancy. Jen, also present, was located a flights of stairs above, in the same open stairwell.

Atlanta 3 - Same location. Recorded with absolutely no investigators present. The recorders were left stationary within the stairwell to record for a period of 20 minutes. The resulting male male is prominent on the audio sample. A review of the audio time before and after this embedded voice shows no indication that a door was ever opened or that someone accessed the stairwell. The voice, just seemed to "occur" all of a sudden!

Atlanta 4 - Same location. This was recorded with all 3 investigators present. You can hear Nancy ask "Who the hell is that?", followed shortly by a very clear female voice stating "Its Rachel". This doesn't fit in with anything that would have been said by the present investigators. None of the investigators present knew a "Rachel" at the time nor would have had any reason to say the name during the middle of a recording session. This one is considered to us to be a very good example of Electronic Voice Phenomena.

FT. Hayes - Captured within building 13 at Fort Hayes US Army Recruiting Complex in Columbus, Ohio. Brent Fair (Credit: current sSpirit Senior Training Specialist). The sample was captured in a first floor hallway with only 2 investigators present. You will hear a bathroom stall door slam shut (caution its loud) and then a voice that seemingly says something about "Angels". What do you think?

Library - Captured in the Federal Book depository of Ohio (Credit: Brent Fair). The recorder was placed in a stationary position with the building. All investigators were about 500 yards from its position, on the other side of the building and even on the OUTSIDE of the building as well. This eliminates all possibly contamination form the investigation team. It sounds as if there is a male voice exclaiming something about a "door" and "Locked".

Oddly, the above audio was recorded just feet from a memorial doorway called the Ohioana gates (pictured right). This gate was one of the main causes of death when a gas explosion killed several people during the disaster which occurred in the original Ohioana building. The doors were rumored to have been locked during the explosion, trapping people inside. Could this be the ghost of someone locked behind the doors?

London - Recorded at a private residence in London, Ohio (Credit: Brent Fair). Then Founder of Paraex Research Foundation, Brent Fair, is heard in this sample interviewing the male client. You will note he asks a question about "Static shock". There are several responses of "Yes". "Yes". Yes". Yes" (which are all accounted for as being those present). However after the final "Yes.", you will hear a very prominent but wispy "Ahhhhhh yeesss." follow up the recording. This residence was the site of a suicide (verified) in which a female occupant shot herself in the head with a shot gun. This recording was capturing just 15 feet from where the victim killed herself. The spackled over paint still reveals the pellet/buck shot holes in the ceiling.

Buxton Inn - Recorded during a Fox / ABC television event with Brent Fair, for a Halloween special at the famous Buxton Inn, located in Granville, Ohio. It was recorded in haunted room # 9. The only persons present were two, being Brent and one of the Inn Keepers who was a female.

You will hear the Inn Keeper say "Characteristics of Bonnie Bounell", followed immediately by a male voice saying something undecipherable. The voice continues very briefly as the the Inn Keeper continues to speak.

Gordon - This is a very special audio sample to Brent Fair. It was captured in Ashland, Ohio. To make a long story short, Brent recorded this on a Sony HandyCam while goofing around outside. He was filming the other member of the Paraex team, while the walked around the Ashland Cemetery. Brent was an estimated 200 feet from the nearest person and managed to capture the audio. Oddly, Brent heard this voice live in person. He claimed that it originated less than 3 feet from his position, just off his left shoulder. Brent only heard the name "Gordon". On playback, it seems to say "I gave it to Gordon".
